Belt Yoga is a prop-assisted yoga practice using straps and belts to deepen extension, correct structural alignment, and safely access range of motion the body hasn’t built independently yet.
The belt doesn’t make it easier it makes it honest. It shows your body exactly where it needs to go and holds it there long enough for the understanding to set in.
