Beginners can start with Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, or Block Yoga. These classes focus on basic postures, alignment, and controlled movements to help you build a strong and safe foundation.
Not at all. Flexibility is something you develop over time. Our classes like Belt Yoga, Hip Opening, and Leg Stretching are specifically designed to improve flexibility safely and effectively.
For best results, we recommend attending 3–5 sessions per week. However, even 2 consistent sessions weekly can significantly improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
